Keep in mind that Morgan will have access to the Dark Flier class, so she can get Galeforce herself. On the flip side, Morgan *cannot* get Aether, the best activated skill in the game, due to not being a Lord and can *only* get it if you pass it down from Lucina or Chrom.Galeforce has a hellishly big cooldown of 5, so even with special acceleration, you're still going to have to get two hits in to charge it. Speed stat is better overall, but slow units with guaranteed follow up skills can surprise an opponent by using the follow up to charge Galeforce. I personally run Galeforce on Duessel, an example of such.

Your current setups make Galeforce a wasted skillslot. Galeforce got nerfed heavily in Fates (for a decent reason).
